General Manager - Chelsea
Growing up in Massachusetts, Frank spent most of his time traveling up the East Coast with his family, dining on fresh catches of the day at some of the best seafood shacks the East had to offer. He moved to New York to study film at NYU, but quickly began his career in the restaurants, having started as a server and working his way up to management. In the span of over 20 years in the industry, he has worked in some of the best restaurants in the city. He moved from big industry style houses, like Tao, to culinary driven establishments, like Babbo and Osteria Morini, but his last venture at Grand Central Oyster Bar reignited his passion for seafood. The combination of exceptional seafood and distinctive ambiance that Seamore’s provides is what drew Frank to the Seamore’s family, where he hopes to provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest he meets.
