Alexis Salinas

Alexis grew up in Ecuador for most of his life until moving to New York 10 years ago in 2011. Alexis always knew he wanted to be a chef after working in 7 restaurants prior to coming to Seamore’s. At his previous restaurants he worked as a server.  

Alexis has worked for Seamore’s since 2018. For the first 2 years with us he worked as a line cook and says he is very proud of his achievement of becoming the chef at our Nolita location.
