Being born and raised in New York City, Amy has the heart of a New Yorker with her fast paced and hustling spirit to be at her best. She started working in the service industry as a hostess at the age of 18 and moved up the ranks to be a server throughout her time in the industry. Previously working at PJ Clarke's on the Hudson and Le District has helped her create relationships with people throughout Brookfield Place and Battery Park City.

In 2018, Amy joined Seamore's as part of the opening team at our Brookfield location as a server. Giving her all everyday at Seamore's, she was promoted to a supervisor in late 2020. Within just a few months, she was promoted to become part of our Seamore's management team and is now the Assistant General Manager at our Brookfield location.
