Caitlin Cavanagh

Caitlin was born and raised in the suburbs of New Jersey.  She began dancing as soon as she could walk which eventually lead her to Jacksonville, Florida where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance. After graduation she moved to New York City to pursue a career in dance and also landed her first restaurant job at Del Friscos Double Eagle Steakhouse which was the highest grossing restaurant in the country.  While actively pursuing her dance career, she worked in several restaurants as her passion for hospitality continued to grow.

In 2017 Caitlin accepted a server position at the Seamore's original location in Nolita before opening the Chelsea location. She was also a part of the service staff training team at the Brookfield location.  After enjoying these positive and rewarding experiences, she realized she had found her home and a place where she could truly explore her love of the industry.
