Esther Rodriguez

General Manager | Upper East Side

Esther is a Queens native with strong roots in hospitality, who's been with Seamore's since the beginning. As a kid growing up in a family of nine, Esther learned from her mother that any guest in her home should always leave full and in a better mood. She brings that ethos to Seamore's everyday. 

In that vein of hospitality, she began waiting tables at the age of 16. After attending LIM College for a career in fashion merchandising, she realized the service industry was where her heart really was, and always was - falling in love with the hustle and bustle and everything reminiscent of the New York she loves!

Esther joined Seamore’s as a server as part of their opening team in 2015, attracted to a fun culture and new brand. In 2017, she was promoted into the management team and watched the brand grow alongside herself. She helped open three Seamore's locations, became Brookfield's Assistant General Manager and quickly rose to General Manager in 2019. As of 2020, she manages our original Nolita Location.
