After spending most of her time in the Boston area, Rose moved to New York City in 2009 to pursue a degree in Broadcast Journalism but that soon changed after her first taste of the hospitality industry. She started her career with The Buttergroup working with Food Network's Alex Guarnaschelli and nightlife gurus Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano. Within the 6 years of working with them, she was able to gain knowledge and experience in both the restaurant and nightlife worlds. She then entered management after joining The Dinex Group and working with Chef Daniel Boulud and his team in his various fine dining French restaurants across the city.
In 2018, she joined the Seamore's team to help open their Brookfield location. There is nothing she loves more than wining and dining and she loves being able to share her love for the industry by meeting new faces and establishing relationships - so say hello if you're ever in Battery Park!
