Chef Jose grew up in Mexico for a majority of his life until moving to New York City in 2005. Jose always had a passion to be a chef after working in several restaurants across NYC prior to landing at Seamore’s in 2019. He is very grateful to be given the opportunity to showcase his talents in the kitchen and excited about his achievement of being the chef at our Dumbo location.
