Matthew, a native Bostonian, has been working in restaurants for over 20 years and is using his extensive experience and talent to provide leadership at our Chelsea location and the Seamore's restaurant group as a whole.
Matthew's path has taken him from Boston to New York via Culinary & Business School at Johnson & Wales University in Providence where he worked as a cook and waiter at the world renowned Al Forno. He moved to Colorado where he followed his dual passions of snowboarding and hospitality working at Larkspur Restaurant. Matthew made his way to New York where he secured a leadership position at the newly opened Tavern on the Green and has since worked for Happy Cooking Hospitality at Jeffrey's Grocery and Joseph Leonard, and most recently Tom Colicchio's Crafted Hospitality as the General Manager of Temple Court.
